Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas mark 6
Blend the flour and butter together until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Add the milk slowly until the mixture forms a soft ball. Knead the dough until smooth. Roll out to 1/8 inch thick. Cut into desired shapes and place on well greased baking trays and bake for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
