Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5
Combine flour, butter, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in large bowl and mix well. Add the oats, cheese and raisins; mix again. Stir in the apple.
Drop by heaping tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet; bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Store in tightly covered container in the refrigerator or in a loosely covered container at room temperature.
