Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4
Whisk together the molasses, yogurt, sugar and oil. Sift together flour, spices, soda and salt. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ones and blend well.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets, leaving two inches between each. Bake 15 to 20 min, until firm. Cool on a wire rack.
