Lothian Oat Cookies

Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5

Cream together the butter and brown sugar. Mix in the yoghurt and sour cream, add the dissolved baking soda. Add the chopped raisins. Mix well. Mix in the porridge oats. Sift together the flour and nutmeg, and add to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.

Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking tray, 3 inches apart. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
