Eggless Drop Cookies

Pumpkin Delights

Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5

Cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the sour cream. Add the pumpkin and vanilla. Blend well. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt. Add to the creamed mixture, stirring well. Mix in the raisins and nuts.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool until firm in the oven, and remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
