Eggless Drop Cookies

Cookies with Nuts and Seeds

Fresh Fig Cookies

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4

Cream together the sugar and butter and add the sour cream. Sift together the dry ingredients and blend with creamed mixture. Fold in the figs and nuts.

Drop by tablespoonfuls on greased sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool in the oven until firm. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
