Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6
Cream together the butter, golden syrup/corn syrupand sugar. Mix in the sour cream. Add raisins and nuts. Mix in. Sift together the flours, salt, soda, baking powder and the spices. Add to the first mixture.
Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking tray, 3 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
