Eggless Drop Cookies

Cookies with Nuts and Seeds

Lemon Macadamia Cookies

Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas mark 2

Sift together the flour, soda and salt. Cream together the sugars, butter and cream cheese and mix to form a smooth paste. Add the sour cream and lemon essence, and beat light and soft. Add flour mixture and nuts. Do not overmix.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 23-25 minutes. Transfer cookies to a cool, flat surface, using a spatula. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
