Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5
Mix together the flour, sesame seeds, oats, baking powder and cinnamon. Cream together the tahini, sour cream, milk and golden syrup/corn syrup. Stir into the flour mixture. Add the nuts and raisins. Mix thoroughly.
Drop spoonfuls onto a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool slighly and remove to wire racks to cool completely.
